Cancellation of admission to trading of Magyar Telekom ADSs on the London Stock Exchange

Budapest - November 30, 2021 - Magyar Telekom (Reuters: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: MTELEKOM HB, hereinafter, the "Company"), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider announces that today the Board of Directors of the Company decided to request the cancellation of admission to trading of its ADSs (ISIN: US5597761098) on the London Stock Exchange's ("LSE") International Order Book (IOBU market segment) with effect from December 30, 2021. The Company has notified the LSE of its intention.

The main reason for the cancellation is the very low liquidity and trading volume of the ADSs in recent years.

The cancellation does not affect the Company's American Depositary Receipt program on a Level I basis which remains unchanged.
