Shri Anish Amin vide letter dated 2 September 2024 has expressed his intention to resign as a Non-executive, Non- Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 12 September 2024, considering his other professional commitments, effective from 12 September 2024; and consider Completion of term of Shri Yogesh Shah (DIN: 00137526) and Shri Naresh Patni (DIN: 00045532) as Independent Directors of the Company Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the second consecutive term of office of Shri Yogesh Shah (DIN: 00137526) and Shri Naresh Patni (DIN: 00045532) as Independent Directors of the Company will end on 12 October 2024. Accordingly, Shri Yogesh Shah and Shri Naresh Patni will cease to be Independent Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 12 October 2024.
