Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced total revenue was INR 1,107.800 million compared to INR 2,468.800 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 2,239.000 million compared to net income of INR 312.700 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was INR 43.6 compared to basic earnings per share of INR 6.09 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was INR 43.5 compared to diluted loss per share of INR 6.08 a year ago. For the full year, total revenue was INR 6,459.200 million compared to INR 6,538.700 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 1,934.100 million compared to net income of INR 1,197.100 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was INR 37.66 compared to basic earnings per share of INR 23.32 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was INR 37.57 compared to diluted loss per share of INR 23.27 a year ago.
