Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited announced earnings results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was INR 701.9 million compared to INR 850 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 111.9 million compared to net income of INR 18.1 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 2.18 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 0.35 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was INR 2.15 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 0.35 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was INR 1,297 million compared to INR 5,351.4 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 445 million compared to net income of INR 304.9 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 8.66 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 5.94 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was INR 8.62 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 5.92 a year ago.
