He will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives across the project construction lifecycle to improve execution efficiency and strengthen business performance. Sudharshan has more than 21 years of experience in the construction of residential and commercial projects. He has extensive exposure across a gamut of areas including end-to-end Project Management, Vendor Development Management, Client Relationship, Planning & Scheduling and Resource Optimization. Deft in driving initiatives in top-line growth, he is also adept in leading complex projects pan India. Sudharshan has a successful track record of strengthening business performance through strategy road maps, innovative solutions, pricing model and improved operating stability & efficiency.
