NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Indian Mahindra and Mahindra on Tuesday said it is in talks to resolve a dispute with the country's biggest airline IndiGo which has filed a court challenge against the use of its call sign "6e" in the automaker's new electric vehicle offering. Mahindra last week revealed its EV "BE 6e" and "XEV 9e" after applying for trade mark registration, and it does not see any conflict with the "standalone '6E'" used by IndiGo. IndiGo uses "6E" as its call sign, a unique identifier used in aviation, and across all branding, and has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in the Delhi High Court. "We are engaged in discussions with them to find an amicable solution," Mahindra said in a stock exchange filing.
