Mahle Metal Leve S.A. announced consolidated and parent earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2019. For the quarter, the consolidated company reported net revenue from sales was BRL 661.8,000 against BRL 628.2,000 a year ago. Operating result was BRL 91.9,000 against BRL 89.6,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted net profit per share was BRL 0.46492 against BRL 0.46926 a year ago.
For the six months, the consolidated company reported net revenue from sales was BRL 1,285,000 against BRL 1,246.9,000 a year ago. Operating result was BRL 189.5,000 against BRL 185.7,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted net profit per share was BRL 0.96323 against BRL 1.02557 a year ago.
For the quarter, the parent company reported net revenue from sales was BRL 54,579,000 against BRL 518,757,000 a year ago. Operating result was BRL 59,653,000 against BRL 6,021,000 a year ago.
For the six months, the parent company reported net revenue from sales was BRL 1,059,122,000 against BRL 1,032,453,000 a year ago. Operating result was BRL 12,359,000 against BRL 131,589,000 a year ago.
Mahle Metal Leve SA is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the automotive engine parts manufacture. The Companyâs activities are divided into two business segments: Engine components and Filter. The Engine components division produces parts for internal combustion engines and automotive vehicles, such as rings, sensors, rockers, rods, crank arms, bushes, cylinder sleeves, bearing covers, rocker assemblies, crowns, injectors, synchromesh hubs, universal joints, shafts, gears, guides and valve seats, pistons, water and oil pump impellers, gudgeon pins and pulleys. The Filters division manufactures various types of filters, such as fuel, air, oil, cabin and press, used in vehicles, as well as applied in industry, automobile service stations, passenger and cargo transport, earthworks, fishing terminals and farms.
