Mainstreet Equity Corp. (TSX:MEQ) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 477,109 representing 5.11% of its issued and outstanding share capital.

All the repurchased shares will be cancelled. The bid will expire on May 31, 2023, or such earlier time as the bid is completed or terminated at the option of the company. As of May 19, 2022, the company had 9,340,518 shares issued and outstanding.
