Ticketmaster Entertainment LLC agreed to acquire Thaiticket Major from BEC-Tero Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (SET:MAJOR) on July 21, 2022. Current Managing Director of Thaiticket Major, Komkrit Sirirat, will continue to lead the local team and be responsible for all Thai operations. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions being satisfied.
The acquisition is scheduled to complete in Q3.
