SEPANG - Malaysia Airports has announced Berk Albayrak as the covering chief executive officer (CEO) to helm Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (ISG) following the resignation of Ersel Goral effective 27 April. The Board and the Management had expressed regrets on Goral's departure and extend their gratitude to Goral for his valuable contribution and leadership at ISG from 2017.

According to Malaysia Airports' Group CEO, Dato' Mohd Shukrie Mohd Salleh, Goral has served as CEO of ISG for the past 3.5 years and has been integral to the progress and growth that the organisation has made at ISG. 'We would like to express our sincere thanks for his efforts and leadership and on behalf of the Board and Management, we wish him only the best in his future undertakings,' Dato' Mohd Shukrie said.
