M.A.N. merges with GHH, renamed MAN AG, based in Munich, Germany; individual business areas restructured by industry as public limited companies.

The MAN Group is one of Europe's leading players in the commercial vehicle industry. MAN is a supplier of trucks, buses, and vans with a focus on innovative transportation solutions. The MAN Group generated sales revenue of €10.8 billion in 2020. The MAN SE has been part of the
Volkswagen Group since November 2011 and part of the TRATON GROUP since 2015.
