Manulife U.S. Regional Bank Trust is a Canada-based closed-end investment fund. The Fund invests in an actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of securities of the United States regional banks and lending companies, including commercial banks and industrial banks, savings and loan associations, and bank and financial holding companies. The Fund invests in various geographical regions, including the United States, Puerto Rico, Norway and the United Kingdom. Manulife Asset Management Limited is the Manager of the Fund. Manulife Asset Management (US) LLC is the sub-advisor to the Fund.
