As a partner of the television channel BSMART, Manutan took part in the fifteenth SMART@WORK programme. On this occasion, the presenter Aurélie Planeix and her guests were interested in the means to build a sustainable and inclusive recovery coming out of the pandemic.

For this edition, three company leaders shared their conviction:

  • Sylvain Ferrière, Chairman of the Campus de l'Inclusion and Deputy Managing Director of Gojob
  • Caroline Hilliet Le Branchu, Chief Executive Officer of La Belle-Iloise
  • Pierre-Olivier Brial, Deputy Managing Director of the Manutan Group

Alongside the actions put in place by the government, companies have a major role to play to support an inclusive and sustainable recovery whether through recruitment, training, purchasing, innovation, etc. According to the guests, organisations must be committed to this for two main reasons: lasting development and a moral imperative. This is also why they're convinced that the company strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy must be the same.

In this configuration, monitoring key performance indicators and continuous improvement in all fields (economic, social and environmental) seem to be chosen unanimously.
