At Manutan France, the shared company restaurant aims to offer balanced, high-quality meals to all its employees and their partners at the Group headquarters in Gonesse.

The chef and his team of around ten employees prepare the meals completely on site using fresh seasonal produce, some of which is organic. They manage a multitude of carefully selected local service providers (producers on the Rungis market, the Collectif Percheron - a farmers' association, etc.) and regularly collaborate with the company's general services for events.

Over the years, the services offered by this passionate squad have continually been enhanced:

  • A Club opened for business lunches
  • A Cafeteria launched to relax around a coffee or meet informally with colleagues;
  • Meals created with Asian, West Indian, Malian themes, etc.;
  • Home-made snacks prepared at the employees' request, for events organised on-site;

This team has always demonstrated wonderful creativity, rigorous execution and unswerving agility. The pandemic is a perfect example. The team has been able to adapt its services to the new working conditions by adjusting its organisation and offering delicious take-away meals for employees working from home (salmon ballotines, veal filet mignon, etc.). Its ambition for the future is to continue to reinvent itself and go even further to satisfy the Manutan teams.

Every day, the shared company canteen plays a key role in the employees' well-being by placing dietary balance, exchange and respect for the environment at the heart of its actions. Inspired by strong values and a sense of service, the team contributes to our company mission: 'Entrepreneurship for a Better World'.
