Asset Acquisitions and Disposals::Completion of Acquisition of a Logistics Property in Japan

ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF A LOGISTICS PROPERTY IN JAPAN

Further to its announcement dated 22 November 2021, Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., as manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust ("MLT"), wishes to announce that the acquisition of Kuwana Logistics Centre in Japan has been completed today.

Following this acquisition, MLT's portfolio has increased to 167 properties comprising 53 properties in Singapore, 9 in Hong Kong SAR, 19 in Japan, 30 in China, 13 in Australia, 15 in Malaysia, 19 in South Korea, 7 in Vietnam and 2 in India. The total value of assets under management is approximately S$11.4 billion.
