ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF 9 CHANGI SOUTH STREET 2 IN SINGAPORE

Further to its announcement dated 2 December 2021, Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., as manager (the "Manager") of Mapletree Logistics Trust ("MLT"), wishes to announce that the acquisition of the logistics property located at 9 Changi South Street 2 in Singapore has been completed today.

Following this acquisition, MLT's portfolio has increased to 166 properties comprising 53 properties in Singapore, 9 in Hong Kong SAR, 18 in Japan, 30 in China, 13 in Australia, 15 in Malaysia, 19 in South Korea, 7 in Vietnam and 2 in India. The total value of assets under management is approximately S$11.0 billion.
