WARSAW, Illinois, August 8, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Dollar General, a 7,489-square-foot net-leased property located in Warsaw, Illinois. The asset sold for $1,150,000.
Dustin Javitch, Craig Fuller, Erin E. Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Cleveland and Columbus offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by Edward J. Nelson and Jake Parker, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Sacramento office. Steven Weinstock, Illinois Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
The Dollar General is located at 511 Main Street in Warsaw, Illinois.
