SPRINGVILLE, Tenn., December 6, 2022 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of High Performance Properties, a 274 unit, 113,160-square-foot self-storage facility located in Springville, Tennessee.
"Even in today's changing market conditions, this offering garnered a lot of attention from investors across the country," says Andy Beeckman, associate in the firm's Nashville office. "It ultimately sold to regional investors looking to expand their portfolio."
Beeckman and Anne Williams, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, in addition to procuring the buyer.
High Performance Properties is located at 5932 E Antioch Road in Springville, strategically positioned between Buchanan Resort and Highway 79, only three miles from Paris Landing State Park.
