COMUNICADO AO MERCADO

São Paulo, 23 de setembro de 2021 - a Marfrig Global Foods S.A. ("Marfrig" ou a "Companhia", - B3: MRFG3 e ADR Nível 1: MRRTY), em continuidade ao Aviso aos Acionistas de 10 de agosto, vem informar a seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral o valor final dos dividendos de R$ 1,400311584 por ação que serão pagos em 28 de setembro de 2021. Vale destacar:

• Terão direito aos dividendos pessoas físicas e jurídicas inscritas como acionais da Companhia na data-base de 10 de setembro de 2021, respeitadas as negociações realizadas até essa data, inclusive;
• O Pagamento será realizado pela instituição depositária das ações, Banco Bradesco S.A., sem retenção do imposto de renda na fonte, nos termos da legislação vigente e sem remuneração ou atualização monetária.
• Para os titulares de American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), o pagamento será realizado pelo Deutsche Bank, banco depositário dos ADRs da Marfrig. As informações relacionadas à Data de Registro dos EUA, Data de Pagamento ou outras informações adicionais estarão disponíveis em https://www.adr.db.com/.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, September, 23 2021 - Marfrig Global Foods S.A. ("Marfrig" or "Company" - B3: MRFG3 and Level 1 ADR: MRRTY), following the Notice to Shareholders of August 10, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general the final value of the dividends of R$1,400311584 per share that will be paid on September 28, 2021. It is important mentioning:

• Individuals and legal entities registered as shareholders of the Company on the base date of September 10, 2021, shall be entitled to the declared dividends, respected and including negotiations performed before or on such date;
• The payment of the dividends in Brazil shall be made in Brazilian national currency, by the depositary institution of the shares, Banco Bradesco S.A., without withholding income tax, under the terms of current legislation, and without remuneration or monetary restatement;
• For holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), payment will be made by Deutsche Bank, the depositary bank of Marfrig's ADRs. Information regarding the US Registration Date, Payment Date or other additional information will be available at https://www.adr.db.com/.
