NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

São Paulo, April 08, 2021 - Marfrig Global Foods S.A. ("Marfrig" or "Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the Market in general that, at the Company's Annual Shareholders' General Meeting held on April 08, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., among other matters, it was declared the distribution of dividends relating to the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2020, in the total amount of R$ 141.083.274,72 (one hundred and forty-one million, eighty-three thousand, two hundred and seventy-four reais and seventy-two cents), which is equivalent to R$ 0,2038902 per common share issued by the Company, disregarded the treasury shares.

1. People registered as shareholders of the Company on the base date of April 09, 2021, shall be entitled to the declared dividends, respected and including negotiations performed before or on such date.
2. The shares of the Company shall be traded "ex-dividends" as of April 12, 2021 (including).
3. The payment of declared dividends shall be made in Brazilian national currency, in a sole installment on April 30, 2021.
4. There will be neither monetary adjustment nor interest rate between the date of the declaration of dividends and the date of the effective payment.
