NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, May 18, 2021 - Marfrig Global Foods S.A. ("Marfrig" or "Company" - B3: MRFG3 and Level 1 ADR: MRRTY), one of the world's leading beef producers and the world's largest producer of beef patties, hereby informs its shareholders and the market that the Argentine Government has suspended beef exports from that country for 30 days.

The Company highlights that its operations in Argentina represented 3.2% of Consolidated Net Revenue in 1Q21. In the domestic market, Marfrig owns the brands Paty and Vienissima! which lead the hamburger and flanks segments in the country.

Therefore, the direct impact of this restriction is limited to 1.3% of Consolidated Net Revenue, represented by the Argentinian exports in the period.
