NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, March 19, 2021- Marfrig Global Foods S.A. ("Marfrig" or the

"Company"), in accordance with the terms of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission Instruction no. 7/2020, dated August 26, 2020, communicates to its shareholders and the market in general the holding of the Marfrig Verde+ Webinar, where the program's progress will be presented.

The event will be held on March 24 at 11 am, Brasília time.
