Its segments include Marine Logistics-Upstream, Marine Logistics-Downstream, and Investment Holding and Others. Its subsidiaries include AQL Aman Sdn. Bhd. (AQL), M&G Marine Logistics Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (MGMLH), Jasamerin Energy Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (JMEV), and M&G Marine Services Sdn. Bhd. (MGMS). AQL and MGMLH are investment holding companies. Jasa Merin (Malaysia) Sdn.
