Maritime Resources Corp. signed an agreement to acquire Point Rousse Project from Signal Gold Inc. on June 16, 2023. Consideration will be paid as CAD 3 million in cash and 23.97 million common shares of Maritime with a value of approximately CAD 1 million. Transactions is subject to customary closing conditions, including Maritime obtaining the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and completing a concurrent financing, and is expected in early July 2023. Raymond James Ltd. served as financial advisor and Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP served as legal advisor to Signal Gold.
