Marksans Pharma Limited announced that at its Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2024, recommended a final dividend of INR 0.60 per Equity Share (face value INR 1 per share) for the financial year 2023-24. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be credited /dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.
