Rimini, 8 August 2018 - MARR S.p.A. (Milan: MARR.MI), the leading company in Italy in the commercialisation and distribution of food products to foodservice, makes it known that today, the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting on 3 August 2018 which approved, pursuant to art. 2505, second paragraph of the Civil Code, the merger by incorporation into MARR S.p.A. of the fully owned companies DE.AL. - S.r.l. Depositi Alimentari and Speca Alimentari S.r.l has been made available to the public at the legal headquarters, on the Company's website, www.marr.it, and on the authorised storage mechanism www.emarketstorage.com.

Marr SpA is an Italy-based company specialized in the distribution of food products to the non-domestic catering sector. Marr SpA serves mainly restaurants, hotels, pizza restaurants, resorts and canteens, with an offer that includes various food products, including fish, meat, various foodstuffs and fruit and vegetables and at the different conservations (frozen, fresh and dry). The Company operates nationwide through a logistical-distribution network composed of around 35 distribution centers, with around 5 stocking platforms and approximately 5 cash & carry, around 5 agents with warehouses and over 700 trucks.
