Marston : Andy Kershaw, Marston’s Director of Property, presented with Special Achievement Award at Footprint ESG Awards

Andy Kershaw, has been recognised at the Footprint Drinks Sustainability Awards. The annual event is a celebration of businesses that are making a difference to ESG within the on trade sector and supply chain. The Special Achievement Award recognises an individual contribution to environmental, social or economic sustainability.

The event hosted as the RIBA offices in London celebrated the industry's best contributions in ESG over the last twelve months.

Andy was recognised for, in the Footprint's words, "Andy Kershaw is someone who has made an extraordinary contribution in his organisation and to the sector as a whole."

Andy commented: "This is for the whole business for the work and effort put in by a large number of people from the energy team to each and every pub, across several areas from zero waste to landfill, waste management, water, energy and planning for the future with EV chargers. I am thrilled that Marston's has been recognised, we are at the beginning of this journey, and it is good to be at the forefront."

The Footprint Drinks Sustainability Awards is the barometer for sustainability and responsible business practice for the drinks industry and represents the annual celebration of businesses making a difference to ESG in the on-trade drinks sector and its supply chain.
