I. Organizational Changes (As of October 1, 2022)

Infrastructure Project Div.:
1. The Marine Projects Dept. will be merged into the Energy Infrastructure Dept.
2. The Infrastructure Fund Management Dept. will be renamed the Infrastructure Strategic Investment Dept.
