On April 6, 2021, J. Todd Koning, the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Masimo Corporation, (the "Company"), tendered his resignation effective April 16, 2021. Mr. Koning indicated that he is pursuing another opportunity outside of the Company. Mr. Koning's resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company, including any matters related to the Company's accounting practices or financial reporting. Item 9.01.
