On July 21, 2022, TomoCredit Inc. closed the transaction. The company issued 2,402,848.4676 series B preferred shares at an issue price of $9.1558 per share for gross proceeds of $22,000,000. The transaction included participation from new investor, Morgan Stanley Next Level Fund, L.P., a fund managed by Morgan Stanley, Investment Arm, Mastercard Incorporated, Asian Hustle Network, Inc., Hyphen Capital and Gold House Collective.
