MASTERPLAST Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (8143 Sárszentmihály, Árpád u. 1/A.; "Company") hereby informs the honorable Investors that on 18 January 2022 (Tuesday) at 10:30 AM an Investor forum will be held about the refreshed strategy of the Company. On-site registration opens at 10:00 AM.

The manner to hold the event: in person or online video conference.

The place of the event: La Vida DUNA Event House (1138 Budapest, Dunavirág st. 2-6. Gateway Office Park tower I).

The announcement of the intention to participate is possible until 24:00 on 17 January 2022 at the e-mail address konferencia@masterplast.hucreated for this purpose, or at the telephone number +36 22 801 300. Presenting shareholders certification or any other action is not necessary for attending at the event. The information for joining the videoconference will be communicated to the registered participants via e-mail.

In order to ensure the Investor's equal information, the presentation material of the Investor forum will be disclosed by the Company at the date of the event.
