Masterwork Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300195) entered into a framework agreement to acquire 26% stake in Dali Meideng Printing Limited Company from Shanghai Shunho New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002565) on August 23, 2017. As of December 31, 2016, Dali Meideng Printing reported total assets of CNY 321.3 million, net assets of CNY 282.3 million, revenue of CNY 40.7 million, and net profit of CNY 34.2 million. The transaction has been approved in the 11th meeting of 4th directorate of Masterwork Group Co., Ltd.
