Matterport, Inc. (NasdaqGM:MTTR) entered into an agreement and plan of merger to acquire VHT Studios, Inc. for $22.7 million on June 10, 2022. VHT Studios team will join Matterport. Canaccord Genuity served as the exclusive financial advisor to VHT Studios.
