On January 27, 2021, Matthews International Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.215 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable February 22, 2021 to stockholders of record February 8, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
