We wish to announce that Maxis Berhad ('Maxis' or 'the Company') had on 9 September 2021 received a notification pursuant to Paragpraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from Gokhan Ogut who is a principal officer of the Company, of the occurrence of his dealing in the shares of the Company outside Closed Period, details of which are set out in Table 1 in the attachment.
