Maxis : Changes In Senior Independent Director And Composition Of Government And Regulatory Affairs Committee And Share Issuance Committee

Maxis Berhad wishes to announce the following changes with effect from 22 April 2021.

Senior Independent Director

Raja Tan Sri Dato' Seri Arshad Bin Raja Tun Uda has been appointed as the Senior Independent Director of Maxis Berhad in place of Tan Sri Mokhzani Bin Mahathir.

Government and Regulatory Affairs Committee (GRAC)

Tan Sri Mokhzani Bin Mahathir has been redesignated to Chairman and Raja Tan Sri Dato' Seri Arshad Bin Raja Tun Uda has been redesignated as member of the GRAC. The composition of the GRAC after the change are as follows:-

1. Tan Sri Mokhzani Bin Mahathir (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director)

2. Raja Tan Sri Dato' Seri Arshad Bin Raja Tun Uda (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)

3. Robert Alan Nason (Member, Non-Executive Director)

4. Lim Ghee Keong (Member, Non-Executive Director)

Share Issuance Committee

Tan Sri Mokhzani Bin Mahathir has been appointed as a member and Raja Tan Sri Dato' Seri Arshad Bin Raja Tun Uda has stepped down from the Committee.

The composition of the Share Issuance Committee after the change are as follows:-

1. Tan Sri Mokhzani Bin Mahathir (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)

2. Lim Ghee Keong (Member, Non-Executive Director)

3. Abdulaziz Abdullah M. Alghamdi (Member, Non-Executive Director)
