Directorate Change

23 July 2018- McColl's Retail Group plc ('McColl's'), one of the UK's leading convenience retailers, today announces that Simon Fuller has informed the Board of his decision to resign as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') to take up the equivalent role at Reach plc.

The Board will begin a process to identify a permanent successor without delay, and Simon will remain at McColl's in his current role until a replacement has been appointed and an orderly handover has taken place. The exact date of Simon's departure will be announced once confirmed.

Jonathan Miller, Chief Executive, said:

'On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Simon for the significant contribution he has made to the business over the last three years, during which time McColl's has gone through a period of transformational growth. I wish Simon every success in his future role.'

Simon Fuller, CFO, said:
