Pairing Allyship with Accountability

In February 2021, we disclosed our corporate employee representation and EEO-1 data for the first time, and set aggressive targets to increase representation of women and historically underrepresented groups in leadership.

We are holding ourselves accountable with measurable goals. We'll track our progress, be transparent about it, and use it to evaluate our effectiveness - just like we would with sales figures or an earnings statement.
