MD MEDICAL COMPLETES THE RENOVATION OF THE CENTER FOR REPRODUCTIVE

MEDICINE IN NOVOSIBIRSK

16 June 2022 - MD Medical Group Investments Plc ("MD Medical Group", "MDMG" or the "Company"), a leading Russian private healthcare provider, today announces that I has completed the renovation of the Novosibirsk Center for Reproductive Medicine.

The renovation of the medical centre in Novosibirsk, acquired under a deal with ARTMedGroup in 2016, has been completed. As part of the reconstruction project, the center's capacity was increased, medical equipment, including embryological equipment, was modernized, and new treatment protocols were introduced. In addition, the range of services provided to patients has been significantly expanded, including the introduction of aesthetic gynaecology as part of the development of preventive medicine. After the renovation, the total capacity of the reproductive medicine centre has increased to 1,000 IVF cycles per year.

The total investment in the project was around RUB 23 million, of which RUB 21.6 million were allocated for the maintenance and modernisation of the premises, and RUB 1.3 million were invested in new modern technical equipment.

Marina Sviridova, the chief physician of the Novosibirsk Center for Reproductive Medicine, noted:

"We continue to focus on patient care and remain fully committed to providing new services to a wider number of patients across Russia in line with current trends in medicine.

"As a result of the renovation, we offer our patients new services in the field of minor operative gynaecology, following the latest trends in medicine and introducing new approaches as part of the development of preventive medicine. In addition to these qualitative improvements, this project has allowed us to achieve quantitative changes: the Gynaecology department saw a 40% increase in capacity, while the IVF department increased capacity by 60%.
