Media Do Co., Ltd. (TSE:3678) announced a private placement of 1,900 units of 13th series warrants at ¥2,800 per unit of warrant on August 4, 2013. The transaction will include participation from 85 people, including 5 directors, 78 executives and 2 auditors of the company. One unit of warrant consists of 100 shares. The company will incur various issuance expenses with respect to the transaction. The decision to exercise allocated warrants is at the discretion of the investors. The amount to be paid upon exercise of warrants is ¥1,079,200,000. The application period is from August 4, 2014 to August 15, 2014. The settlement and allocation date is August 19, 2014. The warrant exercise period is from May 31, 2016 to August 18, 2021.
