MediaTek Inc. approved the election of Syaru Shirley Lin, Research Professor, White Burkett Miller Center of Public Affairs, University of Virginia, as additional Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee, at the AGM held on May 31, 2023. Effective date of the new member is May 31, 2023.
