purchase.

VP Innovation Håkon Grøthe purchased 1989 shares and has 1989 shares after the
purchase.

President in Medistim USA Inc, Mike Farbelow, purchased 1989 shares and has 1989
shares after the purchase.

CFO Thomas Jakobsen purchased 2652 shares and has 22748 shares after the
purchase.
