MegaMD Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A133750) agreed to acquire SE Global Co., Ltd. for KRW 7.5 billion on July 22, 2016. Under the terms of the agreement, the shares of SE Global will be exchanged at a ratio of 1: 0.1869796. A total of 1.97 million shares will be issued. A merger contract will be signed on July 25, 2016. SE Global reported total assets of KRW 6.04 billion, total capital of KRW 2.4 billion, sales of KRW 3.43 billion and net loss of KRW 854 million in 2015. The Board of Directors is expected to approve the deal on August 26, 2016. The transaction is expected to close on October 1, 2016.

The Company also wholesales teaching materials about above courses.
