From October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, the company has repurchased 11,116 shares, representing 0.02% for $28.5 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 48,688 shares, representing 0.1% for $67.45 million under the buyback announced on September 1, 2020.
MercadoLibre, Inc. is the leading online marketplace in Latin America. The group operates an IT platform enabling individuals and professionals to carry out their purchasing and selling transactions for goods and services. The activity is organized around 5 areas:
