Macquarie Infrastructure Partners V SCSp managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets acquired 75% stake in Hudson Ranch 1 from Mercury NZ Limited (NZSE:MCY) for approximately NZD 40 million on October 30, 2020. Jennifer Bellah Maguire of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP acted as legal advisor to Mercury NZ Limited (NZSE:MCY). Macquarie Infrastructure Partners V, L.P. completed the acquisition of 75% stake in Hudson Ranch 1 from Mercury NZ Limited (NZSE:MCY) on October 30, 2020.
