In the interim and pending the appointment of a replacement, the accounting and finance functions of the Group are led by Mr. Foong Kee Yan who was previously responsible for the financial accounting functions of Mercury Securities from 1992 until 2005 before he was re-assigned to other positions within Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd. Mr. Foong is a MIA member since 1984 and a fellow member of ACCA since 1987.
