On August 27, 2020, Meridian Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 17, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
