Hank Oberly Joins Meridian Bank

Malvern, Pa. (March 30, 2021)- Meridian Bank announced today that Hank Oberly has joined the team as VP Business Development. In this new role, Hank will be responsible for new business development and market growth in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

A graduate of Denison University in Ohio, Oberly worked in finance and wealth management in the Philadelphia region for 16 years. Prior to joining Meridian, Oberly spent eight and a half years in his previous role at Kershner Officer Furniture in King of Prussia.

"Hank brings a wealth of business development experience and a tremendous network to Meridian," said Ed Carpoletti, SVP Business Development. "With Hank's experience, we will continue to provide best-in-class service to the business community in Greater Philadelphia."

Oberly currently volunteers his time with The Great Valley Community Organization (GVCO) and The Impact Center in Haverford. He coached in the Great Valley Basketball League, Chester Valley Little League, and the Greater Chester Valley Soccer Association. He is a member of the Great Valley Chamber of Commerce, Life Sciences Pennsylvania, and an avid golfer, tennis and paddle tennis player at Waynesborough Country Club. He is a former Deacon at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church, a former Elder at Paoli Presbyterian Church, and a former board member of both The First Tee of Suburban Philadelphia and Waynesborough Country Club. Oberly resides in Malvern with his wife, Deb, and two children, Peter and Brooke.
