2.Reason for capital reduction:Employees who are vested with restricted
stocks are deemed to lose the vested right on the day of resignation.
Merry Corporation redeemed such stocks based on original issue price.

4.Cancelled shares:144,800 shares.
5.Capital reduction percentage:0.06%.

(1)The common shares outstanding of Merry Corporation is 211,197,642
shares. The redeemed restricted stocks to employees amounted to 144,800
shares, plus shares from cash capital increase to be changed amounted to
6,000,000 shares, together with a total shares amounting to 217,052,842
shares of this cash capital decrease.
(2)The record date for capital reduction is on 2021/10/28. In the event of
a change to the record date as the actual procedure runs, it is proposed
that the chairman of the board make the adjustment under the authorization
of the board of directors.
