Resolution to Make Donation to Taiwan Reading and
Culture Foundation in 2022

2.Reason for the donation:A donation to related party ��Taiwan Reading and
Culture Foundation�� will be made in 2022 and will be used for its
��Library of Love�� tour seminar, ��Inspiration from Real Story�� program for
school library, ��Enjoy Reading�� program for joint reading with childs,
��Scout your Childs' Talent��program, program for campus tour of
Chia-Wei Lin's classic music performance, charity concert and funding for
the construction of hall of joint reading.
3.Total amount of the donation:NT$1,480,000.
4.Counterparty to the donation:Taiwan Reading and Culture Foundation.
5.Relationship with the Company:Merry Corporation's chairman is the
Foundation's chairman.
